Veterinary Telemedicine Done Right: SB554
We support legislation that will allow veterinarians flexibility to expand their care while maintaining the sanctity of the veterinary client patient relationship (VCPR). It is crucial to maintain once a year physical exam to maintain a VCPR. This will close dangerous loopholes present in previous legislation by eliminating concerns for exploitation of pets and misuse of telemedicine by special interests.
